We are a group of homeschooling families that run a 3 day a week program for children ages 4-13. The program is a nature based program located on a 30 acre organic farm with large garden, greenhouse, sheep, goats, horses, pigs, angora rabbits, chickens, peacocks, kittens and more. We care about sustainable living and creating a space for children to come be embraced by a natural holistic environment. There is plenty of outdoor play in the natural playground and the children interact with the animals daily.  
The morning sessions are grade specific main lessons taught by teachers following the Waldorf curriculum. The afternoons move into a mixed age group and focus on the practical arts. Handwork, painting, working with clay, woodworking, boat building, baking, movement games, herbalism are some examples.

The Kindergarden is taught by a certified Waldorf teacher who has a strong passion for Waldorf Earlychildhood . The day follows a daily and weekly rythum. We start outdoors for free forest play, followed by a walk before we head in for a shared warm homemade organic snack together. We then tidy up and move into a long stretch of indoor free play. We all work together to tidy up and then we come together for a seasonal circle time and a nature or fairy tale story told verbally, then through puppetry and then as a simple play As the weeks evolve.  We share a blessing before sitting down to have a home packed lunch and then head outdoors for free play.  In the afternoon we engage in the living arts which are handwork on Tuesdays, Sourdough Bread baking on Wednesdays and Painting on Thursdays. We  end the day with a rest and quiet time. Then gather our belonging and head outdoors for some more free play before ending our day together.
